Shipping & Handling

Due to the fragile nature of the monogram cake toppers, shipping insurance is
available but optional.  We are not responsible for lost or broken items during
shipping.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive.  Orders are shipped
via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (USPS does not offer order
tracking).  The shipment date and delivery confirmation number will be emailed
to you when your shipping label is created.


Return Policy

Since all monograms are completely custom made, there are no returns, so
please take care when ordering.  Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once
they are placed.  We are not responsible for ordering mistakes or dissatisfaction
with any of your choices.


Rush Order Policy

Rush orders are based on availability (4-6 week lead time) and need to be
approved before ordering.  We will do everything we can to accommodate rush
orders.  On many occasions we have paid extra for next day shipping to make
sure cake toppers arrive in time.


Lateness Policy

In the event that we run out of time and will not be able to make your
monogram cake topper in time for your wedding/party, we will contact you via
email and refund your payment as soon as we know we won't make your date.  
We are not responsible for supplier delays/backorders that may cause us to be
unable to complete an order in time.


Privacy Policy

We do not give, sell or trade your personal information with anyone for any
reason.  We do reserve the right to use photographs of our toppers to promote
our business.  We would love to hear from you after your special day and we
may use your first name, city and testimonial to endorse Couture Cake Jewelry.
